Johns Hopkins offers two dependent life insurance plans:
| Plan 1 | $4,000 in coverage for your spouse | $2,000 per dependent |

| Plan 2 | $10,000 in coverage for your spouse | $5,000 per dependent |
The value of the premiums you pay for dependent life insurance coverage is reported as taxable income.
Bargaining Unit
Dependent Life insurance is provided to bargaining unit members at no cost. Coverage for a spouse equals
$4,000 and coverage for each covered child is $2,000.
